Lucas Christian Academy (“LCA,” “we,” or “us”) respects the privacy of the families, donors and visitors who use our website, lucasca.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information You Give Us
When you fill out a form on our website, we collect the information you enter. Our forms include contact and admissions inquiries, event tickets and registrations, donations and pledges, sponsorships and advertisements, transcript orders, PSAT registration, booster club memberships and facility rentals. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, your student’s name and grade, and details about your request.
Forms that ask about a student are meant to be completed by a parent or guardian.
Payments and Online Giving
Payments made through forms on our website are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored on our website. Online giving through our donation pages is handled by FACTS, and PSAT payments are handled by Nelnet. When you use these services, their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work. Others are used only if you agree to them through the cookie banner that appears when you first visit:
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are viewed most.
- Ahrefs Analytics gives us similar statistics about visits to our website.
- Meta Pixel helps us measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram outreach and show relevant LCA messages to people who have visited our website.
These tools do not load until you click Accept, and they do not load at all if you click Decline. You can change your choice at any time using the Manage Consent tab on our website or on our Cookie Policy page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Google and Meta handle the information these tools collect under their own privacy policies. You can manage how they use it for ads in your Google and Facebook account settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website and process payments and registrations (such as our website host, Stripe, FACTS and Nelnet), with the analytics and advertising providers described above if you accept those cookies, or when required by law.
Children’s Privacy
